Cheerleader Weston Votaw from Biola University made this cool video practicing the art of Parkour or Free Running. Parkour is a method of physical training that helps develop a person’s ability to overcome mental and physical obstacles. Free Running involves aesthetic movements such as flips, spins and many other forms of flair that cheerleaders also use in their tumbling. Cheerleaders are incredible athletes in so many ways!! Harlem Shake at Cheersport 2013

The very first opening stunt will wow you and be sure to watch for the one arm layout cupies at about 2 minutes into the routine. They also have a fun skipping tradition for transitions. I love it!!
