To build strong jumps in cheerleading you have to do alot of exercising to develop
strength and flexibility to improve your jumps and take them to the next level. You
need good prep and athletic position. These exercise drills are well demonstrated,
step by step, and if you are persistent and work on it you will improve. These
exercises can be done at home or the gym.
