  Cheerleader Weston Votaw from Biola University made this cool video practicing the art of Parkour or Free Running. Parkour is a method of physical training that helps develop a person’s ability to overcome mental and physical obstacles. Free Running involves aesthetic movements such as flips, spins and many other forms of flair that cheerleaders also use in their tumbling. Cheerleaders are incredible athletes in so many ways!!
