Catch this California Allstars Lady Bullets Small Sr. level 5 team perform at Spirit Sports 2013. It is an an amazing routine with awesome tumbling and a great pyramid. They hit just about everything,with a couple of saves and a nice kick double dismount that looks great. Definitely a team to keep your eye on. Agree??

Parkour is a method of physical training that helps develop a person’s ability to overcome mental and physical obstacles. Free Running involves aesthetic movements such as flips, spins and many other forms of flair that cheerleaders also use in their tumbling. Cheerleaders are incredible athletes in so many ways!! Harlem Shake at Cheersport 2013
Gotta have a little fun in addition to the tough competitions. Watch the teams at Cheersport 2013 do the Harlem Shake. Starts out with one guy and everyone joins in on the mat. Watch for the guy crowd surfing. Wish I had been there!!

University of Kentucky Cheer Team 2013
This is college cheerleading at its best! University of Kentucky cheerleading really show their amazing skills and creativity here. The very first opening stunt will wow you and be sure to watch for the one arm layout cupies at about 2 minutes into the routine. They also have a fun skipping tradition for transitions. I love it!!
